1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ks Sportswear website and your orders for custom sublimated sportswear, whether placed through this website, WhatsApp, or in person at our office. By browsing this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Ks Sportswear ("we", "us", "our") designs and prints custom sublimation team kits and related apparel in Gaborone, Botswana. If anything here is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

2. How ordering works

Our website is a catalogue and order-request tool, not an online checkout. When you submit the order form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message summarising your request — nothing is charged and no order is confirmed at that point.

1. You choose a design, colours, sizes and any extras (logo, names, numbers, sponsor marks) and send the request via WhatsApp.
2. We reply with a written quote and, where relevant, a digital mock-up of your kit.
3. Production only begins once you have approved the mock-up and we have agreed a price, quantity and timeline with you.

A submitted form or WhatsApp message is a request for a quote, not a binding order. An order is only confirmed once both parties agree on price, specification and any deposit in writing (including via WhatsApp).

3. Pricing and the website discount

Prices are not published on the website because sublimated kits are quoted per design, colourway, quantity and add-ons. Orders placed through the website order form receive a 4.6% discount off our standard quote, applied when we send you the price.

Quoted prices are valid for a limited time and may change if your order specification changes after the quote is issued.

4. Payment

We do not process card or mobile-money payments on this website. Payment is arranged directly with you — typically a deposit to begin production and the balance before collection or delivery — using the payment method we agree together (for example bank transfer or mobile money). We will confirm our banking details separately; please verify them with us directly if in doubt before paying.

5. Production, collection and delivery

Most kits are made to order; some designs may have limited ready stock, as shown on the website. Production timelines depend on quantity, design complexity and our current workload, and will be confirmed with your quote.

Orders can be collected at Gaborone West Mall, Office 17, behind the Shell filling station, or delivered within Gaborone or elsewhere in Botswana by arrangement, at a cost agreed in advance.

6. Mock-ups, changes and cancellations

Because every kit is custom-printed, we ask you to check the mock-up carefully — colours, spelling of names, numbers, logo placement and sizing — before approving it for print. Once you approve a mock-up and production begins, the order generally cannot be cancelled or changed, as materials are cut and printed specifically for your order.

If you need to change quantities, sizes or details after approval but before printing has started, tell us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate this, though it may affect price and timeline.

7. Returns, refunds and faults

Because our products are custom-made to your specification, we cannot generally accept returns or offer refunds for correct orders once produced. This does not affect your rights where a genuine manufacturing fault exists (for example, a printing defect or an error on our part against the approved mock-up) — in that case, contact us as soon as possible and we will repair, reprint or otherwise put things right.

Sizing is provided as a guide; where possible, visit our office to check fit before ordering, or ask us for measurements.

8. Your artwork, logos and names

When you send us a logo, badge, sponsor mark, team name or similar artwork to print, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use and reproduce it, and you give us permission to print it on your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of any names, numbers or text you supply for printing.

Our own designs, patterns and branding (including the Ks Sportswear name and logo) remain our property. You may not resell, redistribute or reproduce our signature designs as your own without our written agreement.

9. Using this website

Please use this website lawfully and in good faith — for example, don't submit false contact details, attempt to disrupt the site, or misuse the order form. We may decline to process a request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

We aim to describe our designs and colours as accurately as possible, but screen colours may differ slightly from the finished printed fabric. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order; we are not liable for indirect losses (for example, a delayed match or event) arising from late delivery, except where caused by our negligence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order will first be discussed in good faith between you and Ks Sportswear before any formal action is taken.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our business or products change. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
